                                                                               YOUR COVER

We'll cover the contents of your holiday home (including garden furniture in the open*) for
either €10,000 or €20,000 (your choice - but take into account the cost of replacing everything
in the event of a disaster ! ) against loss or damage from specific causes , including

• fire, theft, storm, lightning and flood

• escape of water from fixed water tanks, apparatus or pipes

• accidental damage to televisions, satellite decoders and other specified electronic equipment

• your legal responsibility as a tenant for loss or damage to the buildings caused by specified causes, or the cost of repairing accidental damage to certain sewers, pipes and cables which you are legally responsible for as tenant only

• Malicious damage.

• Replacement locks in case of loss of keys.

• Liability to the Public - cover up to €500,000

* you must be in residence at the time of loss

You just pay the first  €50 of any claim.

                                                                            YOUR OPTIONS

You can choose the basic cover, or you can opt to cover your possessions against accidental
damage - as well as all the other risks included in the basic package. If the property is let/rented to members of the public and you wish to cover Accidental Damage cover does not apply whilst the property is let or rented unless you have elected for this cover, but please note that the maximum letting period will be limited to 21 consecutive days.
Cover for Option A refers to properties which are a permanent residence, and Option B for properties which are holiday homes.
