The cover operates only where all of the following conditions are satisfied:
• All of the persons entitled to benefit under this policy are normally resident in the United Kingdom at the date of issue of the policy: and
• The trip is a conventional holiday or a business trip of a commercial nature to a destination outside the United Kingdom and
• It is a round trip commencing in and returning to their country of residence during the Period of Insurance.

age limit

Please note the maximum age limit is 69 years at the time of issue of the policy.

Under a *'family' policy, this insurance does not cover parent(s) over the age of 65 years. Children only covered whilst accompanying first insured and / or spouse.
Under a **`couple' policy each insured can travel independent of each other.

*Family shall mean first insured plus spouse (up to a maximum of two persons in all) and up to 2 dependent children less than 18 years of age at the time of departure, living at the same address.
**Couple shall mean first insured plus spouse or couples who are in a common law relationship or who are cohabiting and have been so for a minimum of 2 years.

how many trips

You can travel on as many trips as you like during the year. The only limitations are that the maximum duration any one trip is 32 days and winter sports is limited to 21 days any one year actual skiing.

Wherever you are, whatever the time of day or night, our Medical Assistance Service is on hand to give you help in the event of an illness or accident while you are away. They will liaise with the
local medical services to ensure that you get the right treatment and, should it be medically necessary, arrange for you to be brought home.
